• Assign qualified resources with the appropriate linguistic, subject-matter, and technical expertise for each project.
• Maintain quality and consistency through appropriate quality assurance procedures, approved terminology, translation memories, reference materials, and client-specific instructions.
• Identify and address potential issues throughout the project lifecycle to help ensure accurate and reliable deliverables.
• Deliver projects that meet agreed-upon requirements while providing the responsive and personalized service our clients expect.
• Continuously improve our processes by evaluating performance, incorporating feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance our services.
